Privacy Policy
October 2026 version. This policy explains how Dustre handles personal data of visitors to dustre.com.br and of those who contact us, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

Which data we process
- Data you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone to request a quote or ask questions: name, company, position, email, phone and the content of the message, including drawings and specifications.
- Technical browsing data recorded by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and operation of the site: IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser type.
- Site usage data, collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies: pages visited, source of the visit (for example, a search or an ad), clicks on WhatsApp, email and phone, device type and approximate region. These data are used to measure the performance of the site and of our ads and do not identify you by name. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
The site has no registration form and shows no advertising. The calculators run in your browser and do not send the values you type to us, except for the open-die forging estimate, which sends only the dimensions and the alloy to compute the estimate, with no personal data.
What we use the data for
- To answer contacts, prepare proposals and quotes and fulfil orders (LGPD, art. 7, V: preliminary procedures and performance of a contract).
- To issue invoices and certificates and comply with legal and tax obligations (art. 7, II).
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and measure site usage and ad results (art. 7, IX: legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share only what is necessary with providers that help us operate: site hosting (Cloudflare), audience measurement and ads (Google), email and messaging services, carriers (for order delivery), accounting and, when required, public authorities. Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil, always with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD.
How long we keep it
Messages and quotes are kept while there is a business relationship and for the period needed to meet legal and tax obligations and to exercise rights in legal proceedings. Technical browsing logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.
Your rights
You may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing and review of consent, under art. 18 of the LGPD. Send the request to [email protected] and we will reply within the legal deadline. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
We use a secure connection (HTTPS) across the whole site and restrict access to the data to the people who need it to serve you.

The site links to other sites, such as WhatsApp and the customer area (Ordeno). These services have their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is at the top of this page.
